We are seeking an experienced barista to add to our team!

Essential Functions:

Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs Educates guests by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu and answering questions Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques Generates revenue by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and products Maintains inventory by restocking supplies Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions and reporting any issues to the direct supervisor Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following company standards and safety practices and procedures Performs additional related duties as assigned by leadership

Requirements:
Excellent oral and written skills Previous barista or similar experience preferred Outstanding customer service skills Team player Ability to lift up to 35lbs and stand for long periods of time Successfully pass a criminal background check
