Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable

Barista

to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, while providing friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and other beverages to Toast x Bowl standards. Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other cafe equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work area at all times. Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, positive attitude. Accurately handle cash and POS transactions. Assist with restocking ingredients and supplies. Support the team in overall cafe cleanliness and operations.

Qualifications

Prior barista or cafe experience preferred, but not required (we're happy to train the right person). Passion for coffee, tea, and customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
