Devil & Angel Fashion Valley is hiring! We offer handcrafted soft serve in a cone or waffle, refreshers, milk tea, bubble smoothie, boba ice cream, and various doughnuts. Devil & Angel strives to continuously develop new desserts to bring to our customers and the world. The ideal candidates will be hardworking, reliable, self-driven, and more importantly fun and charismatic. Devil & Angel hopes to recruit individuals who can work as a team in an energetic and enjoyable atmosphere. Crew member Responsibilities will include the following:
Greet customers
Maintain a clean and tidy work area
Accurately process all payments
Provide exceptional customer service
Set up workstations and prepare ingredients for use during shift
Follow health and safety guidelines
Pack orders correctly in a timely manner
Make sure fridges are stocked before shift change
Produce quality desserts in a timely fashion meeting company standards
Adhere to proper food handling practices
Prep necessary ingredients for use during shift and for the following day
Cleaning and closing duties are expected with scheduled deep cleans
Qualifications
Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service
Strong attention to detail
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Able to meet all scheduling commitments
Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
