Overview:

The Morning Crew Member is responsible for providing fast, friendly service and preparing high-quality Dunkin' products during the busiest hours of the day. This role is essential in creating a positive start to each guest's morning.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and courteously Take accurate orders at the counter or drive-thru Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and bakery items to Dunkin' standards Maintain product levels (brewed coffee, bakery case, etc.) Handle cash and operate the POS system efficiently Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked Support opening tasks such as brewing coffee, setting up stations, and prepping food Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Early morning availability (starting as early as 4:30 AM) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work quickly and accurately Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask Previous food service experience is a plus but not required Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
