Job Summary:

We are looking for a versatile and energetic

Barista/Bartender

to join our team. This role requires a customer-focused individual with a passion for crafting high-quality beverages, serving delicious food, and providing an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Barista Duties:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages. Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other coffee-making equipment. Maintain knowledge of coffee blends, brewing techniques, and latte art. Ensure product consistency and quality by following recipes and presentation standards. Keep the workstation clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.

Bartender Duties:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine. Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure drink consistency. Check customer identification and adhere to responsible alcohol service policies. Maintain a clean and stocked bar, including washing glassware and restocking ingredients. Engage with customers, take orders, and upsell menu items when appropriate.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must be at least 21 years old. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. Utah Food Handler and Alcohol Certificates are required. Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods. Comfortable working in a busy and sometimes noisy environment.
Pay: $21.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 - 35.0 per week
