BW Grill House is looking for energetic, customer-focused

Barista/Bartenders

to join our growing team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who loves great coffee, craft drinks, and creating an amazing guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve espresso drinks, cold brews, specialty beverages, and cocktails Greet guests with a warm, positive attitude Take customer orders and enter them accurately into the POS system Mix cocktails and serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and in compliance with alcohol laws Maintain a clean, organized bar and coffee station Restock ingredients, garnishes, coffee supplies, and bar inventory Handle cash/credit transactions accurately Provide fast, friendly, high-quality service Assist with opening, closing, and daily side work Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications

Barista or bartending experience preferred (willing to train the right person) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be 18+ Ability to obtain Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications Reliable, team-oriented, and professional

Pay: $11.00 - $25.00 per hour
