Dunkin Donuts is seeking winning personalities to work at our restaurant located inside TF Green Airport!

As a barista, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling transactions. You will be responsible for processing customer orders accurately, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Process sales transactions Calculate the cost of products or services Accept payments Calculate and return change when required by the payment method Maintain adequate change denominations in the cash drawer and request any additional change needed Answer guest questions about products or services Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts Report issues with equipment Work as a team to meet store sales goals Handle guest complains Process layaways, returns, and exchanges Maintain clean and tidy checkout area Assist in stocking and rotating merchandise Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently Stay up to date on merchandise promotions, advertisements, and product information

Skills & Qualifications:

Ability to calculate sales and change quickly Accountability and accuracy in reconciling sales receipts Oriented toward serving others and helping guests Exceptional Hospitality skills Ability to stand for long periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Excellent verbal communication Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment Attention to detail Knowledge of point-of-sale systems
