The Williston Coffee Shop has an immediate opening for a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and exceptional customer service skills. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role is essential in providing an enjoyable experience for our guests.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas according to established recipes and standards. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using the POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including workstations, dining areas, and equipment. Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment
