Barista
The Barista provides the highest level of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. The Barista promotes coffee consumption by educating guests, displaying coffee salesmanship and friendly hospitality.
Responsibilities:
Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees
Discover customer needs and suggests products with every customer to enhance services and meet sales goals
Prepare a variety of customer beverages such as espresso drinks
Responsible for keeping an accurate count of all money and comps received for customers and follow cash handling policies
Qualifications:
Knowledgeable of coffee products and specialty food items
Record of accomplishment in delivering exceptional guest or client experience
Effective communication skills
Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor
Available for various shifts including early morning, late nights, double shifts, occasional weekends, holidays, and long hours
Team Player with a guest first attitude
Minimum age is 18 years old
