Barista

Bring an enthusiastic attitude and reliable effort every week. Follow processes and procedures in order to produce a consistently high quality beverage. Baristas make coffee/espresso drinks, bagel sandwiches and maintain a clean work environment. Baristas strive to help each customer leave the store in a better mood than when they arrive. We love people and strive to have amazing customer service each and every day! Part time and full time available.

Tips add an extra $3-$4 an HOUR (on average)

Requirements:

Able to comfortably lift 20 lbs Able to stand for duration of shift Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must be at least 16 years old Reliable transportation Must be able to work at least one shift on the weekends Communicate properly with managers regarding challenges

Responsibilities:

Cashier (suggestive selling; cash handling; order accuracy) Drink-making (use of espresso and other coffee equipment) Food production (preparing bagels and bagel sandwiches) Cleaning * Safety procedures
