Searching for Barista to add to our Brew and Bottle Shop , hours will be Monday to Friday 6-2.

A barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages and cafe items while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role involves operating espresso machines, taking customer orders, handling payments, and maintaining a clean, welcoming cafe space.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee beverages (espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, specialty drinks) according to cafe recipes and quality standards Greet customers, take accurate orders, and provide friendly, efficient service Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment safely and effectively Maintain cleanliness of the cafe, including counters, equipment, seating areas, and restrooms Restock coffee beans, cups, syrups, milk, pastries, and other supplies Handle cash and electronic payments; follow proper cash-handling procedures Support team members during busy periods and contribute to a positive work environment Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines Answer customer questions and make recommendations on menu items
Skills & Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure Basic knowledge of coffee preparation (training often provided) Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs Reliability and punctuality Prior barista or food-service experience is required

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
