Job Summary:

We're seeking a part-time barista to join our team. As a barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including espresso-based drinks and specialty drinks, snacks, sandwiches and pastries.

- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers, and ensuring their needs are met.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, equipment, and surrounding areas

- Work efficiently and effectively during peak hours, maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor.

- Collaborate with other baristas and staff to ensure seamless service

- Participate in ongoing training and education to improve knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

- Experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred but willing to train.

- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.

- Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and ingredients.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with point-of-sale systems and coffee equipment.

- Knowledge of coffee roasting and brewing methods.

- Utah Food Handler Permit.
