Schedule:

27-32 hours a week, Friday-Tuesday

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and personable Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, informing customers on their espresso/coffee choices, and working the front of house.

Responsibilities:

- Work alongside our team to craft drinks in a consistent manner, using our recipes.
- Create a positive and friendly experience for our customers.
- Dial in espresso throughout your shift to meet desirable tasting notes.
- Be punctual.
- Meet and maintain cleanliness standard.

Experience:

- 1+ years of barista experience required, specialty coffee preferred.

- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service.
- Knowledge of Square POS is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for coffee and willingness to expand your coffee horizon.

Skills:

- Food safety knowledge.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in making various coffee beverages.
- Ability to follow a weekly schedule and communicate with our team.
