What You'll Be Doing

Dial in espresso and filter coffee with confidence, consistency, and care

Prepare drinks to high standards, with a focus on quality and speed
Manage bar flow and adjust during rush periods to keep things humming
Own your space--keep the bar clean, organized, and dialed
Engage warmly with guests, making every interaction count
Collaborate with the

Head Barista

to build structure and evolve the coffee program Support the team during DOH inspections and daily compliance checks
Always be learning: ask questions, seek feedback, and grow your craft

What You Bring

2+ years of experience in a

barista or cafe-focused role

, preferably in a high-volume venue A

genuine passion for coffee

and the craft behind it Confidence with both espresso and filter preparation
A positive,

energetic personality

--you lift the vibe and keep things light A natural team player who thrives on collaboration
Curiosity, humility, and a
