Origin Coffee Co. is a locally owned coffee shop passionate about specialty coffee, great food, and our community. We're looking for an

experienced, reliable, and friendly Barista

to join our team. 2-3 shifts/week; Weekend availability is required; shifts start between 6:30-8 AM and end between 2:30-3 PM.

Key Responsibilities

Craft high-quality espresso and coffee drinks to recipe standards Provide friendly, attentive service and engage with guests about our coffee and menu Accurately take orders and process payments Maintain a clean and organized shop, including the bar, dining area, bathroom and equipment Support opening, closing, and side work tasks as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For

Previous barista experience and comfort with espresso equipment Excellent communication skills, teamwork skills and a positive attitude Strong attention to detail and a commitment to great service Ability to stand for long periods, bending and lifting up to 40 lbs Available and reliably can work early mornings, weekends, and some holidays
