Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic team member to join our vibrant team in a fast-paced cafe environment. As a Ju, you will play a crucial role in delivering fresh, high-quality coffees, juices and smoothies to our customers. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service will help create an enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, coffees and smoothies according to established recipes. Operate equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining cleanliness. Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and rotated as needed. Manage cash handling processes accurately, including processing transactions through the POS system. Maintain an organized work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as necessary.

Experience

Previous experience in the food service or cafe industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations are essential. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. A passion for healthy living and knowledge of food preparation techniques is beneficial. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patrons.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
