Our team at Aroma Joe's in Rindge are actively interviewing, hiring and training baristas to join our team! We have positions available for midday and closing shifts, ranging from 2:00-9:30pm. This opportunity could range from 15 hours a week to full time hours with many opportunities for growth. With a flexible schedule, it could be the perfect opportunity for a remote high school student taking VLACS courses looking for part time work.

Monday Through Saturday

- 5:15 AM to 9:00 PM

Sunday

- 5:45 AM to 9:00 PM

Essential Duties, include but are not limited to...

? Responsible for tasks unique to each shift and it's corresponding checklist
? Preparing Handcrafted Drinks and Food to our high-quality standards
? Responsible for cleaning/organization of work stations and cafe throughout shift
? Having energetic interactions with all customers that fuel their personal energy
? Maintaining the highest level of expert customer service
? Handling cash with safety and security during each shift
? Effectively communicating with our customers, baristas, management, and owners
? Working well with others including being the best teammate that always does his/her fair share of the work

? Ability to learn quickly through hands on training
