What You'll Do

As a Barista at Little Lattes Play Cafe, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and beverages with precision and care Providing excellent customer service to both parents and children Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting space Assisting with basic cafe operations Helping host and support birthday parties on weekends, including setting up, assisting during parties, and helping with cleanup Contributing to the positive and friendly atmosphere that makes Little Lattes a special place

A friendly and approachable personality with a passion for customer service A willingness to learn and grow; no prior barista experience is required, but it is preferred. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment A team player who enjoys collaborating with others to create a positive work environment Availability to work weekends, especially to assist with birthday parties
