Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista join our team at The Tiger Hotel in Columbia. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our guests while embodying our commitment to quality and service excellence.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages Provide outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

Proven barista experience or relevant coffee knowledge Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Excellent time management abilities Familiarity with food safety practices Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Toast POS systems is a plus. Passion for coffee and the food industry.
