About the role

Coffee Concrete is hiring a barista who's fast, consistent, and hospitality-driven. You'll dial in espresso, steam milk to spec, build drinks accurately, keep the bar spotless, and coordinate with a small kitchen during rushes.

What you'll do

Pull consistent espresso shots; adjust grind/dose/yield per recipe Steam milk with proper texture/temperature; basic latte art a plus Build hot/iced/seasonal beverages quickly and accurately Manage order flow, POS, cash handling, and guest hand-off with urgency Prep: batch brew, syrups, juices, garnishes; label and rotate (FIFO) Maintain immaculate bar, fridges, and dish area; follow open/close checklists Communicate with kitchen/FOH to keep ticket times tight Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times

What you bring

1+ year barista experience (specialty coffee preferred) Grinder dialing, extraction basics, and milk texturing proficiency Calm under pressure; reliable and punctual Comfortable with light food prep and BOH cleanliness standards Weekend/holiday availability required Food Handler certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days)

Schedule & pay

Part-time or full-time; early mornings and weekends common

Pay:

$13.00 - $15.00
