We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Barista Cashier to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and food items in accordance with food safety standards. Manage cash handling processes, including processing payments and providing change efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the cafe area, including tables, counters, and equipment. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers.

Requirements

Previous barista or coffee experience is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices and food preparation techniques is beneficial. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. Pay: $17.00 - $17.25 per hour
