Kennedy Coffee is a locally owned specialty coffee shop rooted in Bentonville since 2003. We are a creative, community driven space that is currently being reimagined into an elevated, design focused cafe while keeping the same warm and welcoming energy that has made us a local favorite.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a full time barista to join our team and help shape the next chapter of Kennedy Coffee. This role blends speed and creativity. You will craft drinks, connect with guests, and help create the friendly atmosphere our shop is known for. If you are energized by people and love making someone's day a little better, you will fit right in.

Your Personality

You are a people person who is friendly, conversational, and easy to talk to. You thrive on connection and enjoy striking up genuine conversations. You smile easily and bring positive energy even on busy days. You care about details, quality, and presentation. You want to grow with a local brand that values creativity and consistency. This is not a behind the counter role. If you are shy or prefer to work quietly on your own, this probably is not the best fit. Our baristas spend much of the day engaging with guests and creating a positive experience for everyone who walks in.

The Job

Your daily work will include preparing espresso and coffee drinks to Kennedy standards, greeting and engaging with guests in a friendly and authentic way, taking orders and handling payments accurately, assisting with food prep, cleaning, and overall cafe organization, supporting opening and closing duties as part of a team, and keeping the cafe upbeat, clean, and welcoming.

Job Requirements

We are looking for someone with strong communication and people skills who enjoys talking with guests. Consistent energy, professionalism, and a positive team oriented attitude are important. Some customer service experience is preferred but barista experience is not required. We will train you. Reliable transportation and full time availability

including weekends

are required. We are hoping to find someone who wants to grow with us and stay long term.
