Job Description

The Chocolate Maven Bakery and Cafe has an opening for a friendly, outgoing, focused, hardworking and self-motivated individual to join our award winning team as barista and bakery server. Excellent communication skills, quickness of action, cheerfulness, warmth and great customer service combined with attention to detail are keys to success in this position.

As a front facing team member in this position you will be responsible for:

Creating an uplifting experience for guests Excellent communication skills Thorough and responsible in work duties Having great attention to the details Being an aware and helpful part of a team Great style, presence and demeanor Positive, cheerful and energetic Able to complete tasks with finesse at a fast pace
Please note that the compensation for this position is in part based on customer tips. The pay range indicated is typical but has variability due to the nature of tipping.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
