Sip Coffee will be opening a new location inside Briarwood Mall around 11/21/25

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista's to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting cafe environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while demonstrating your knowledge of coffee and food service.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards. Operate the Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including food preparation stations and equipment. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure safe food handling practices are upheld at all times. Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and reporting low inventory levels. Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and sales transactions. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment focused on teamwork and efficiency.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
