What You'll Do

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and smoothie beverages to spec and with consistency Offer warm, knowledgeable customer service and guide guests through our unique menu Upsell seasonal and featured items in a genuine, helpful manner Operate the Toast POS system, handle transactions accurately, and write drink orders clearly Restock and organize inventory deliveries, assist with cafe supply management Maintain cleanliness of bar area, equipment, and customer-facing spaces Follow all opening, midshift, and closing procedures Work collaboratively with your teammates and create a positive, drama-free work environment Support private event service when needed (extra pay may apply)

Shift Details

Morning shifts

begin at 7:00 AM

Evening shifts

run until midnight Weekend and evening availability strongly preferred Must arrive

on time

for all shifts

Who You Are

Friendly, welcoming, and people-focused Comfortable handling busy rushes without sacrificing quality or hospitality Detail-oriented with good time management and multitasking skills Adaptable, coachable, and solution-oriented Able to stand for long periods and lift at least 25 lbs Genuinely interested in coffee, culture, and growing with a brand

Experience & Qualifications

Previous barista or food service experience is preferred but not required Comfortable with POS systems and basic retail math Familiarity with food safety and cafe hygiene practices is a plus Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
