We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting the bartenders and ensuring that the bar operates smoothly. Your responsibilities will include maintaining stock levels, assisting with drink preparation, and providing excellent service to our guests. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in cocktail bars.

Responsibilities

Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, including liquor, beer, wine, and mixers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Help with the preparation of garnishes and other drink components. Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Ensure all glassware is clean and ready for use. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs. Support the team during busy periods by efficiently handling tasks to keep operations running smoothly. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not required. Experience with cash handling, POS systems, and retail math is advantageous. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing time efficiently. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for interacting with guests and staff alike.
