Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking, fast-paced, and hospitality-driven Barback to support our bartenders and ensure smooth service behind the bar. While barback experience is preferred, it is not required--we're looking for someone with at least one year of experience in the service industry who is eager to learn and grow in a cocktail-focused environment. The ideal candidate is efficient, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities: Support bartenders by keeping the bar stocked, organized, and running smoothly. Restock liquor, beer, wine, fresh ingredients, glassware, and ice throughout service. Maintain cleanliness behind the bar, including wiping surfaces, emptying trash, and washing glassware. Assist with basic prep work, such as juicing citrus, batching syrups, and preparing garnishes. Anticipate bartender needs and proactively support service to ensure efficiency. Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards. Be a team player and contribute to a hospitable, guest-focused environment. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in the service industry (bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting). Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work quickly and efficiently. Driven, eager to learn, and hospitality-focused. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods. Must be at least 18 years old. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
