Who You Are

You enjoy interacting and connecting with guests You take pride in your position and in your ability to positively impact the guest experience through executing your role in a highly efficient manner You are a "Team Player", considerate to the experience of all guests, as well as the experience of your fellow employees You have strong communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task You understand "Genuine" hospitality You ideally have experience in a high-volume, full-service bar setting You ideally have TIPs alcohol procedures certification, alongside any State or County required license requirements for the service of food and alcohol You ideally have a basic knowledge of drink recipes and standard bar equipment uses


What You Will be Doing

Restocking product behind the bar (bottle beer & liquor) and changes kegs as needed Maintaining the Keg Room and liquor storage areas Bussing the bar and associated tables (clearing plates, cups, glassware and condiments etc.) Resetting the bar / tables to standard Assisting Bartenders with bar Service Steps (such as providing bread and water refills to guests) Following up with guest requests, either directly or via the assigned Bartender / Server Assisting Bartenders in maintenance and cleaning of service utensils and service equipment Interacting with guests Adhering to all local and state laws regarding the service of alcohol and food; including Steps of Service and alcohol service standards Ensuring that bar stations / areas are kept stocked and are maintained in an organized, clean and sanitary manner Completing general tasks to ensure the efficient flow of service at the bar, for example, restocking ice bins, replenishing stations with clean glassware and emptying trashcans Ensuring that all set-up and break-down tasks are completed to standard Having fun!
