Job Description
Local on the Water is a vibrant and fast-paced bar known for a menu created with passion, craft cocktails, fantastic live music and stunning sunset views. We take pride in delivering excellent service and creating memorable guest experiences.
We're currently looking for two energetic, dependable
barbacks
to join our team and keep things running smoothly behind the bar.Responsibilities-
Assist bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, wine, glassware, and garnishes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Change kegs, refill ice bins, and remove trash regularly Support bartenders with setup and breakdown before and after shifts Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Occasionally assist with bar deliveries and inventory
Requirements-
Previous experience in a bar or restaurant (preferred but not required) Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Excellent team player and positive attitude Must be of legal age to handle alcohol weekends are a must
Hourly pay 12.00 per hour with significant tips based on bar sales!
