Duties

Assist bartenders by restocking liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware swiftly and accurately to keep the bar fully prepared for service Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glassware, and disposing of trash promptly Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling when necessary during busy service periods Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces for banquets or catering functions, ensuring all areas are guest-ready Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly

Experience

Previous experience working in food service, hospitality, or a restaurant environment is highly preferred Experience working in nightclubs, banquet settings, or catering environments is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in handling transactions Hands-on kitchen or barista experience is advantageous for understanding food handling and beverage prep standards Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and delivering excellent customer service Prior roles involving bussing, food preparation, or serving contribute to a solid foundation for success in this position Experience with hotel or food industry settings can provide valuable insights into high-volume service environments

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per week
