Opening the doors to Tokyo Pie will give you a 'wow' factor, feeling immersed in the streets of Tokyo, surrounded by gigantic LED screens that will showcase sports, live-streamed DJ's and more, pairing street culture with neon vibes, cocktails, and pizza, taking advantage of Covington's thriving late-night scene.


That high-energy, late-night spirit carries straight to the bar--our Barbacks are the heartbeat, stocking spirits and glassware, hauling ice, changing kegs, and keeping garnishes, juices, and syrups prepped so our theatrical cocktail program never misses a beat. This is a

tipped position

What You'll Do


Stock spirits, beer, wine, glassware, ice, garnishes, juices, and syrups throughout service Change kegs, crush boxes, organize walk-ins/storage, and rotate product (FIFO) Maintain a pristine, safe, and efficient bar (wipe, sanitize, polish, sweep, mop) Support bartenders with garnish/juice prep and dish/ware runs as needed Reset the bar between rushes and at close; complete side work and checklists Communicate clearly, move with urgency, and anticipate needs in a high-energy, drug-free, high-standards environment
What We're Looking For


Excellent guest-first mindset and top-notch communication Team player who thrives in fast pace and tight spaces Reliable transportation and rock-solid dependability Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for long periods Positive attitude and pride in clean, organized work Night/Weekend/Holiday availability (most shifts are evenings) Food Handler/ABC permit (or ability to obtain per local requirements)
