Atrium is seeking a Barback to join our growing family! Atrium is an intimate space with an enchanting and whimsical energy, an escape from the chaos of everyday. Serving a Modern American menu with European influence, Atrium is a destination where guests can settle in for a quiet and relaxing evening to enjoy finely crafted cocktails and meals.   • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • 1+ years of full-service restaurant experience
  • Reliable transportation
Duties:
  • Provide hospitable and knowledgeable service while suggestively selling from the menu and market
  • Produce all beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic according to recipe specs, ensuring quality and proper presentation
  • Set up, break down and stock the bar, maintaining visual appeal of the bar
  • Follow prep list assignments preparing mixes according to recipe
  • Practice acceptable food handling and safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area including washing and polishing of glassware
  • Know and practice proper alcohol liability procedures
