Duties

Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and maintaining an organized bar area to ensure efficient service. Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and addressing guest inquiries with a friendly attitude. Help maintain cleanliness throughout the venue, including bussing tables, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Support banquet events by setting up and breaking down service areas while ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and cash handling. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and presentation according to established standards. Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere while promoting menu items and specials effectively.

Skills

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm! Strong communication skills to connect effectively with team members and guests alike. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently. Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus; we're here to help you learn! Experience with cash handling and cashiering duties is beneficial. A background in banquet service or catering can give you an edge in this role. Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration within both front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
