Responsibilities

Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, and beverages quickly and efficiently to maintain seamless service. Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, including wiping down counters, cleaning glassware, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold health standards. Support food preparation tasks such as assembling garnishes or simple snacks to enhance guest satisfaction. Operate Toast POS for processing orders, payments, and cash handling accurately. Buss tables promptly by clearing empty glasses, plates, and trash to keep the dining area tidy and inviting. Help with food service duties during busy hours, including serving guests at the bar or in designated areas. Support catering events or banquet setups with setup, breakdown, and food handling responsibilities. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. Uphold safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining a clean work environment.

Qualifications

Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is highly desirable; banquet or hotel experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering and order processing. Strong cleaning skills with attention to sanitation standards in bar and dining areas. Ability to assist with food preparation tasks confidently and efficiently. Experience in bussing tables, serving guests, or supporting kitchen is beneficial. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with team members and guests. Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations within the food industry. Previous kitchen or barista experience can be advantageous for multitasking roles. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
