Great White Buffalo Public House is seeking a detail-orienteded, weekend Barback to join our team in a fast-paced, high-end cocktail environment. We are locally owned and operated and thrive to provide our guests with the highest standard of service. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the world of high-end, hand-crafted cocktails while working in an elegant yet inviting atmosphere. The Barback plays a crucial role in supporting bartenders by ensuring the bar is well-stocked, clean, and organized.

Duties

Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area by regularly cleaning glassware and equipment. Communicate effectively with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts. Bus and assist with clearing dishes and glasses to maintain an orderly environment. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for staff and patrons. Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with their needs when necessary.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and customer interaction. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. A background in hospitality or food service will be beneficial for success in this role.

Hours & Pay

Looking for someone to work Friday/Saturday nights from 5pm to 10pm. $10/hr + tipout from Bartenders.

Pay: $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
