Join our dynamic team as a Server/Bar-back/Bartender, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our bar runs smoothly and efficiently! You'll be the backbone of our beverage service, supporting bartenders and enhancing the guest experience. What you'll do

Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, preparing garnishes, and maintaining cleanliness at the bar. Handle food preparation tasks to ensure timely service during busy shifts. Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, to assist with order processing. Support by setting up bar and ensuring all necessary items are available for service. Buss tables and maintain a clean environment in both bar and dining areas. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly. Manage cash handling processes accurately during shifts. Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food and drink service.

Basic qualifications

Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in restaurant settings is a plus. Familiarity with food handling regulations and best practices. Background in serving and bartending roles or kitchen experience can enhance your candidacy.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.98 - $30.98 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
