We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Head Bartender/ Bar Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing bar operations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations to promote a safe dining experience. Utilize Square POS system for order processing, payment handling, and inventory management. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and offer recommendations. Train new staff on bartending techniques, bar operations, and customer service standards. Manage and create team shifts effectively to ensure smooth bar operations during peak hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items ordered from the bar. Create Happy Hour Menus, Events. Create liquor and drink inventories for the bar. Must be punctual please!!!

Experience

Previous bartending experience is preferred, with a solid understanding of mixology and beverage preparation techniques. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential. Experience using POS systems, particularly Square POS, is highly desirable. Background in hospitality management or food service is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment are crucial. Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism and composure.

Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour
