With a focus on craft cocktails, good conversation, and a chill, welcoming atmosphere, we're looking for a Bar Manager who shares our vibe and knows how to lead a small team without sacrificing quality or authenticity.

The Role:

We're seeking a hands-on Bar Manager to guide our close-knit crew (2-6 staff members) and uphold our standards behind the bar. This role blends creativity, leadership, and attention to detail

What You'll Do:

Oversee daily bar operations Lead, schedule, and support a small team Craft, refine, and maintain a seasonal cocktail menu that aligns with our speakeasy style Train staff to ensure consistency, quality, and a laid-back yet professional guest experience Keep inventory tight and ordering on point Maintain cleanliness and stay on top of all health/safety standards Help preserve the chill, intimate energy we're known for

You Are:

Experienced -- 2+ years in a lead bartender or bar manager role, preferably in a cocktail-driven setting Passionate about craft cocktails, spirits, and guest service Calm under pressure and genuinely enjoy leading a team Organized but not rigid -- someone who values structure andflow Approachable, positive, and a natural host Available nights and weekends, with a flexible and collaborative mindset Familiar with POS systems and basic bar admin tasks (inventory, scheduling, etc.)
