What You'll Be Responsible For

Conducting the nightly arc (Before Ten ? After Ten ? The Eleventh Hour) Overseeing the DJ-less, curated music system Protecting atmosphere, pacing, and tone at all times Training bartenders in house language, restraint, and composure Enforcing standards calmly and immediately Managing staff schedules, cash handling, inventory, and close Acting as the final escalation point for guests and staff Serving as the steward of The Game, Inner Hour, and overall culture

Experience & Profile

6+ years in high-volume or high-standard bars Prior bar manager or lead bartender experience strongly preferred Deep understanding of classic cocktails and spirits Proven ability to lead teams calmly under pressure Strong judgment, discretion, and presence Availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays
