Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day bar operations across all lounges and bar spaces.
Serve as a
working bartender
on slower nights, and
manage and work
the bar team on busier nights to maintain seamless, high-quality service.
Oversee
inventory management
, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
Manage
bar prep
to ensure consistent product quality, presentation, and readiness before service.
Collaborate with leadership on
menu development
, seasonal cocktail features, and beverage programming that reflect the club's creative culture.
Monitor and improve
service flow
, ensuring Members receive polished, attentive, and memorable experiences.
Drive
sales growth
through staff training, guest engagement, and creative beverage promotions.
Train, coach, and support bar staff to uphold high standards of professionalism and hospitality.
Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of bartending or bar management experience in an upscale or craft-driven hospitality environment.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a small team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktail technique, and bar operations.
Professional, warm demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Availability on evenings and weekends is required.
Compensation:
This is a
part-time role with a guaranteed weekly base pay
, plus tips. Additional incentives may be available based on performance and bar profitability.
