We are hiring a

Bar Manager

to oversee bar operations at a

private country club

. This role is ideal for an experienced restaurant or bar professional seeking

stable hours, a member-focused environment, and better work-life balance

than traditional restaurant or bar jobs.

This is not your average public bar. You will work with

club members you know by name

, in a relaxed, non-corporate setting with consistent scheduling based on golf play and weather.

Job Type

: Full-time

Schedule

Tuesday through Sunday 8 hour shifts Hours aligned with golf and weather

No late nights

- kitchen closes by 9pm in the summer

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily bar operations and service quality Lead, train, and schedule bar and service staff Uphold upscale standards of bartending and service Maintain inventory, ordering, and cleanliness Provide a personalized and neighborly service atmosphere in the dining room Create new cocktails, drink menus, and bar events Handle busy service periods calmly and professionally

Required Qualifications

Must be

21 years of age or older

to serve alcohol

At least one year of restaurant or bar experience

Strong ability to

multi-task, prioritize, and triage

Ability to work

flexible hours

, including weekends Must be able to

lift 50 pounds

Must be able to

stand for long periods of time

Positive, can-do attitude

with the ability to remain calm under pressure
