Bar Manager

to lead our bar program. We're a fast-growing, bar & grill focused on great food, craft cocktails, and exceptional guest experience. If you're a strong leader who thrives behind the bar and on the floor, this is a great opportunity to help build something special.

Responsibilities

Oversee all bar operations and maintain a high standard of service Lead, train, coach, and support bartenders and bar staff Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and bar cost controls Create and execute seasonal cocktail menus and specialty beverages Ensure a clean, organized, efficient bar environment Uphold all alcohol service laws, safety practices, and company policies Assist with hiring, scheduling, and performance development Provide hands-on service during busy periods Deliver outstanding hospitality and represent BW Grill House with professionalism

Qualifications

2+ years bartending experience required Prior bar management or shift-lead experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and bar equipment Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Must be 21+ with ability to obtain Alcohol Server certification Reliable, positive, and team-focused work ethic

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
