The Bar Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the theatre company's bar operations, including but not limited to the financial performance, product production, inventory, personnel, sales, and guest relations as they pertain to the bars. This position will work closely with the Senior Manager of Hospitality to update bar operations and cocktail offerings, as well as the Marketing, Development, Education, Rentals, and Patron Services teams to maximize potential revenue from those areas, as well as with Finance to achieve budgetary goals set by the Board of Trustees.
This is a part-time, seasonal position working approximately 20-30 hours per week. Experience with conducting inventory and adhering to budgeting is required. We're looking for a creative candidate passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality for our patrons with a background in high-volume craft cocktail service.
