Job Description

As a valued member of our hospitality team, the Catering Setup Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the Catering Department. This position serves as a key liaison between the Catering Service Manager and the Catering staff, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. The Supervisor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization across all catering areas while ensuring that meeting room setups align with the specifications outlined in the Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).

Key Components of the role will include:

Supervise and assign tasks to Catering Housepersons. Ensure efficient execution of all catering duties. Regularly review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure proper setup. Coordinate closely with the catering service manager to ensure effective operations. Guarantee smooth progression of daily catering operations. Contribute to the overall success of catering services.

Starting Hourly rate $16.00
