Zest Culinary Services is seeking a

Banquet Assistant

to join our team at the University of Mobile in Mobile, Alabama.



As a Banquet Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting timely and friendly service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests; creating an atmosphere in which guests feel service is of the highest standards and wherein expectations are not only met but exceeded. Responsibilities include but not limited to; serving food and beverage items, setting up, arranging, and takedown of furniture according to a predetermined diagram established by the Catering Manager.



If you are dedicated to providing outstanding guest service by developing knowledge of all menu items; completing opening and closing duties as necessary; and can work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays this could be the job for you!
