WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A BANQUET SERVER

Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area Relay food and beverage orders Have full knowledge of all food and drink menus Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices Problem solve guest needs with courtesy, dignity, and respect Anticipate guests' needs and exceed customer service expectations Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment Relay important information about orders, allergies, and special requests to the appropriate person Establish a friendly professional rapport with the guest Bus tables when the meal is completed and prepare the table for the next course Maintain a clean working environment
