THE JOB:

As a Banquet Server C-Lister at the Bellagio, you are responsible for setting the stage for an exceptional guest experience through your warm smile and attentive service. By taking the time to understand each guest's unique story and needs, you take ownership of their experience--creating unforgettable WOW moments and lasting memories that guests will cherish long after their time with us.

THE STARTING RATE:

$15.0897 USD Hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Guide guest in all phases of their experience at the Banquet event Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas Knowledgeable of service requirements for assigned function such as pre-function side work, detailed menu selections, major ingredients, appearance, texture, quality standards, garnish and method of presentation, proper food and beverage service Greet guest as they arrive and assist them with seating at tables Set up, monitor, refresh and breakdown coffee break, reception and buffet tables for specified functions according to group requirements Follow sequence of service utilizing all proper procedures standardized by the Banquet Management Team Anticipate the guest needs and respond promptly

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays 1+ Years of prior relevant experience as a server in a similar, high-volume environment
