Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in financial services law (especially working with lenders, collections, or loan documentation)
• Prior work with banks, credit unions, or other financial institutions is strongly preferred
• Licensed in Oregon and/or Washington (willingness to waive in or seek reciprocity)
• A collaborative team player with an independent, go-getter attitude
• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
• Desire for long-term fit and leadership role

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary plus percentage of collections
• Increased salary range possible for candidates with a partial or full book of business
