Our Tellers provide superb customer service while accurately and expeditiously processing a variety of retail banking tasks while displaying a positive upbeat demeanor and meeting all of Millennium Bank Teller standards and adhering to compliance requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


Greet customers, develop relationships, and offer exceptional customer service. Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately with minimal outages. Operate currency counter, encoder, and other business equipment as necessary. Process Branch Capture with minimal errors. Process and detect Counterfeit Bills and Mutilated Money. Pull ATM totals and participate in ATM servicing following dual control requirements. Assist customers with entry into the Safe Deposit vault. Process Night Drop, Mail and Courier Bags. Assist with incoming calls and respond or transfer appropriately. Assist branch staff as needed or requested. Cross train on Vault Teller Balancing- order/shipment procedures. Adhere to banking requirements and regulations including, but not limited to, teller policy, dual control requirements, check cashing policy, teller limits, endorsement requirements, Reg. CC, and BSA. Adhere to all physical and IT security procedures to ensure protection of all employees and customers in addition to Bank assets and systems. Complete all required training, including compliance, Bank Secrecy Act/AML (Anti-Money Laundering), internal and external training programs, as well as all online training material assigned. Demonstrate knowledge of general banking products.

Qualified Candidates will possess:


High School diploma or GED 1+ years of

cash handling experience

. Superior customer service skills

Teller experience (Preferred)

Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving Proficient in Microsoft Office
