What We're Looking For:

Construction experience or bandsaw operation

preferred Ability to

operate, adjust, and maintain power tools

Basic math skills

for measurements and tracking A

strong work ethic

and

team-player attitude

What You'll Do:

Operate a

Smart Saw

to repair pallets Adjust machines, change blades, and follow

safety

procedures Lift and maneuver pallets (75-85 lbs.) throughout your shift Keep up with

fast-paced production

while maintaining quality. Track production records and organize recovered materials Maintain a clean work area and

restock lumber

Be

ready for overtime and occasional Saturdays
